Dr. Amit Tipnis has done his degree from Mumbai University which is considered as a prestigious University. He has done his degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery and has further undergone training in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry from Baylor University and Buffalo University (U.S.A). 

He has been in charge as the Head of the Dental Department in Mumbai Port Trust since 1998.He has to his credit several academic courses.

He is associated with All India Radio programmes – SAMVAD DOCTORANSHI on Asmita Channel for answering dental related queries on several occasions covering several topics such as Children’s Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry, General Dentistry, Preventive Dentistry and Oral Hygiene.

Dr. Tipnis has a vast experience in the field of dentistry with more than 70,000 patients to his credit which is very important for good dental practice. Record of handling 18,000 patients alone in one year in Mumbai Port Trust hospital without compromising on quality treatment.
